3M Standard Noise Isolators

Noise – as you might learn – is the fastest sense to be processed at 1000 Hz. Meaning – it is your greatest vulnerability to distraction. Testing centers will supply you with noise isolators. This noise isolator – while functional – is a budget alternative to Bose or Sony headphones. It is better than nothing, and we – thus – rate these 3M earmuffs with a Standard rating. Given the Peltor X3A’s conventional use in construction, these Standard Noise Isolators will likely block out large, distracting noises. However – they do not come equipped with the subtle noise isolation an Optimal product might have.
